Symptom narrative

I woke up the morning after the vaccination with severe balance issues. I was stumbling around and felt like I was going to fall. I went back to bed for an hour, and when I woke up the symptoms were much less severe, but still present. They continued to some extent throughout the day, and when I woke up the next morning they were gone.
