Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Systemic: Confusion-Medium, Additional Details: Mistakenly given fluzone high dose instead of comirnaty. Patient was due to receive comirnaty and flucelvax. Poison center contacted for reference and information, and patient contacted and notified as well.
