patient who was administered Bexsero instead of Menveo; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of wrong vaccine administered in a 12-year-old female patient who received Men B NVS (Bexsero) (batch number X4BK3, expiry date 30-SEP-2026) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) for prophylaxis. On 15-AUG-2025, the patient received Bexsero. The patient did not receive Menveo. On 15-AUG-2025, an unknown time after receiving Bexsero, the patient experienced wrong vaccine administered (Verbatim: patient who was administered Bexsero instead of Menveo).
