Patient filled out consent form for Pneumococcal vaccine and COVID vaccine; however, the pneumonia vaccine was typed up for FLU vaccine. After administration of the FLU vaccine, the patient expressed that she did not come for the FLU vaccine (she had already received it at her doctor's office yesterday), she wanted the pneumonia vaccine.
