Symptom narrative

Initially I had the usual soreness at the injection site and soreness of the arm going down to the hand. By Wednesday this had increased to a stiff/sore next primarily on the right side and a sore shoulder. This caused pain when using the right hand to reach forward to grasp any object. This has continued until the time of the report and shows no sign of abating.
