P:rogressively worsening shoulder pain starting 9/11/25 limiting range of motion, sharp, stabbing and radiating shoulder pain radiating to neck and collar bone starting at elbow. Tried Advil with no relief. Going to discuss treatment with physical therapist Tuesday 9/16

Knee surgery August 1 (recovering), rotator cuff tear in right shoulder (vaccine administration arm)
