Symptom narrative

Patient's vaccine was 9/11/25 5:50PM and called the pharmacy 9/13/25 around 12PM to report she was having a reaction to the vaccine. She initially stated it was very red, swollen at the injection, and painful. Patient hung up on me, and called me back to say it wasn't "very swollen" but red. I tried asking if she has tried anything, patient would not answer me and hung up before being able to gather any other information.
