Symptom narrative

Patient received both shots then walked around the store. He came back around to our wellness event table and told two associates he could not see,. He set down in a chair then I checked his sugar, it was 44. Blood pressure was normal, 113/75 roughly. He drank water and took a glucose tablet and during this time 911 was called and they took over.
