Symptom narrative

red, swollen, very painful arm, large blisters occurring about 12 hours after vaccination. Blisters continued to worsen over the next 24 hours.

Medical history

high blood pressure, hypothyroidism, glaucoma, high cholesterol, osteoarthritis

Other medications

losartan, lisinopril, rosuvastatin, timolol, latanaprost, CoQ10, probiotic, calcium, multivitamin, gabapentin, (acetaminophen and ibuprofen the night before the vaccination)

Allergies

morphine, oxycodone, tramadol, duloxetine
