Symptom narrative

Patient noticed rash on arm after vaccinations the next day after receiving these two in the same arm the same day. Rash grew a substantial amount down the arm. Patient stated that it was painful to the touch, red, and inflamed; also stated that she has not taken or eaten anything different within the last couple days. The rash had not gotten better and wanted the pharmacist's recommendation. Told the patient to take benadryl and apply hydrocortisone. If pain or rash worsens, please go into doctor or ER to be seen.
