VACCINE IS FOR 12 YEARS AND OLDER BUT ACCIDENTLY ADMINISTERED TO 9 YEARS OLD PATIENT. WE MONITORED PATIENT FOR COUPLE HOURS TO MAKE SURE PATIENT WAS OKAY. THERE WAS NO SIGNS OF ADVERSE EFFECT FROM THE VACCINE.
