Symptom narrative

Patient received flublok and mNexspike then Capvaxive. After the Capvaxive the patient stated she was feeling dizzy. Then she fainted. After about 60 seconds the patient woke up. She stated she was feeling nauseated and had tingling in her hands. She was sweating all over and shaking. Then she vomited. She remained light headed. Her blood pressure was taken and was 111/70 with a pulse of 71. She was moved to the floor and EMS was called. She vomited a few more times while awaitng EMS. She was taken to the hospital by EMS.
