Symptom narrative

Patient received vaccine, left the pharmacy area and went to lawn and garden, and started experiencing ringing in the ears and dizziness. He returned to the pharmacy and we had him sit down. He said he may have had a panic attack but wasn't sure. He was pale when he came back. After he sat he started to feel better and then symptoms went away. He sat approximately 20 minutes.
