Symptom narrative

Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Severe, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Severe, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Mild, Additional Details: Patient was administered flu shot first in left deltoid then received his pfizer covid shot in right deltoid.
