Site: Itching at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Itch (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Rash (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Medium, Additional Details: Patient received a Prevnar 20 and Fluzone HD immunization at the same visit on 9/3/25. Patient caretaker reported event to us (the pharmacy) on 9/5/25. She showed us a picture of the reaction. Redness/itchy/swelling all over the patients arm, not only around injection site.
