Symptom narrative

Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Mild, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Medium, Systemic: Hypotension-Mild, Systemic: Shakiness-Mild, Additional Details: Episode of syncope ~5 minutes after vaccination. Because patient had spasmodic movements and brief interruption of visible/audible breaths during period of unresponsiveness, EMS was contacted. Pt resumed normal breathing after a short time and ~30 seconds later regained conciousness. BP monitored until EMS arrived and was low (96-100/64-68), but patient reported this was normal for him. He also reported previous faintness with prior vaccines/medical procedures but this reaction was more severe
