Symptom narrative

Site: Pain at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Severe, Systemic: Body Aches Generalized-Medium, Systemic: Fever-Medium, Additional Details: pt said right arm pain started right after shots in right arm, she could barely lift her arm, it hurt so bad. It hurt to touch and sleep on. She took Ibuprofen and tylenol. She confirmed not joint pain, not shoulder impingment, more of a tissue hurt. She had a mild fever 9/4/25 and 9/5/25 99.9/99.7, she took APAP and IBU for pain and fever.
