Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Severe, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Severe, Additional Details: Patient received vaccine. okay after receiving but came back to pharmacy 5 minutes after administration feeling faint and lightheaded. called EMS who responded. patient recovered and had normal ekg, bp and 49 pulse after 10 minutes per ems. patient was alert and oriented after 10 minutes. no medications given by pharmacy.
