Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Mild, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Mild, Additional Details: At 9:32 AM, pt did have a vasovagal response and slid down chair in waiting room. She did not hit any body parts. She quickly became alert and oriented x 3 after 1 min. Pt elevated her legs and was given cool paper towel. Vitals were stable (Heart rate: 56, O2: 99%, B/P: 114/68) before she left.
