Systemic: Felt dizzy/lightheaded --Mild, Additional Details: Pt rec'd both the Sequierus Flubok flu vaccine (RD) and the Moderna covax covid vaccine (LD) and advised to wait for several minutes. Patient said he felt a little dizzy. Vitals were monitored in clinic waiting area and he was given 6g rapid acting sugar (Patient w/ diabetes) and I put his legs up.
