Symptom narrative

Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Mild, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Mild, Additional Details: Patient began to experience symptoms within few minutes after last vaccine. While patient was informed they needed to wait for observation patient started feeling faint and become unresponsive with clammy hands but still alert and awake. Patient was attempting to respond but only making audible noises and pulse faint. 911 called. Patient gently brought to floor and elevated feet which brought patient back into consciousness.
