Symptom narrative

Systemic: please refer to "additional details/descriptions" section-Mild, Additional Details: Patient (Husband) came in with wife and son so family can recieve their flu vaccines. Wife received her flu vaccine first followed by the patient (husabnd) and then son was the last to recieve their vaccine. Patient was stuck by wife's used needle because it was not immediately placed in sharps container. Error was fully disclosed to patient and assured patient that needle was only used by his wife. After taking all sanitary measures patient was okay with continuing with receiving vaccine.
