Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Medium, Additional Details: Patient stated having shoulder pain and unable to lift their arm without pain. After visual inspection of the injection site, it does seem like the vaccine was given a little high. Patient does not need follow up from pharmacy and will make a primary care visit with their provider.
