Site: Itching at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Systemic: Circular rash at injection site lasting >2 weeks, not improving-Severe, Systemic: Headache-Mild, Additional Details: Unlike the first dose, circular rash has developed in conjunction with general malaise (headache, chills), and rash has not gone away for 14+ days. Patient was advised to seek care with her primary ASAP
