Symptom narrative

Site: Bruising at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Medium, Systemic: Lymph Node Swelling-Mild, Additional Details: pt reports stiff neck, lymph node swelling day after injection. now arm is still stiff/joint tight. injection site seems high but not extreme or obviously into bursa. pt self administered benadryl saturday evening and recommended to follow up with urgent care/pcp to further examine / treat arm/shoulder pain due to lack of mobility
