Systemic: Allergic: Difficulty Breathing-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Difficulty Swallowing, Throat Tightness-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Swelling of Face / Eyes / Mouth / Tongue-Mild, Systemic: Chest Tightness / Heaviness / Pain-Medium, Systemic: Confusion-Mild, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Severe, Systemic: Tachycardia-Medium, Additional Details: Patient showed reaction 30 seconds after receiving injections: both flublok and pfizer covid. SOB, Chest heaviness/hard to breathe, coughing, clammy, stated was dizzy and going to pass out. Denies having any sort of rx to shots in past. EMS activated, took her to ER. Discharged from service two hours later, feeling better.
