Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Severe, Additional Details: Patient came to pharmacy on Tuesday 9/9/25 complaining of shoulder and collarbone pain on her right side. She said she is having difficulty lifting her arm and performing daily activities. I advised her to used OTC pain relievers (acetaminophen) along with her prescription anti-inflammatory, to use ice throughout the day and to rest. I also advised her that if the pain got worse, to visit her primary care provider. I will follow up with her on 9/10/25.
