Symptom narrative

Site: Bruising at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Mild, Systemic: Body Aches Generalized-Medium, Systemic: Chills-Mild, Systemic: Fever-Mild, Systemic: Joint Pain-Mild, Systemic: Nausea-Medium, Systemic: Visual Changes/Disturbances-Mild, Systemic: Vomiting-Medium, Additional Details: Patient received the vaccine at 12pm noon 09/08/2025. That night at 3am patient woke up with local and general pain/fatigue, chills/heat, vomiting, blurred vision, and injection site pain. patient had pfizer before but never comirnaty specifically. Patient was mostly recovered 24 hurs after immunization. Advised monitoring for fever or worsening of condition.
