Systemic: Confusion-Medium, Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Medium, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Severe, Additional Details: Patient fainted but woke up about 10-15 seconds later. After asking from the RPh afterwards, she had stated that she had not eaten before she had come in for her vaccines, Covid-19 & Flu.
