Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Rash Generalized-Medium, Additional Details: pt says arm is sore- reported the vaccine to be given in the middle of her arm - not usual spot of administaration - says rash started 9/10/25 at night - will drnk more water and ice. if symptoms persist she will call md in the am on 9/12/25
