Systemic: Lymph Node Swelling-Severe, Additional Details: supraclavicular lymph node enlargement 3 days after vaccine. pt had chest and neck ct and mammogram and an excisional biopsy procedure scheduled for the lymph node to see if's something else other than from the vaccine. scans came back negative, cancelled biopsy procedure. will monitor for 2 weeks and will follow-up with md
