Symptom narrative

Initially had right shoulder injection soreness and right arm it swelling. Developed right elbow pain, numbness to fingertips, and swelling in right wrist.

History of anxiety, hypothyroid, anemia

Medical history

History of CVA in 2016 with left sided weakness

Armour thyroid, citalopram, rosuvastatin, folic acid, baby aspirin, calcium, fish oil, Vitamin D3, vitamin B12 injection
