Symptom narrative

Within a couple of weeks, left leg became sore, esp in ankle area. As an avid runner, I thought I just needed new running shoes. This continued through the summer with pain increasing. I thought maybe I needed to stretch more. In August, I finally got to a point I could barely walk. Went to facility who ordered an ultrasound of my leg. Diagnosed with DVTs. My entire left leg was affected. Followed by a vascular doctor and hematologist for 6 months. Put on Eliquis. Now take baby aspirin daily. Permanent damage to some of the affected vessels.
