Symptom narrative

Patient reported severe pain in entire body and weakness. I counseled her that some fatigue and weakness after a vaccine is normal but she stated she has received many vaccines and this is not typical. She said the pain is severe and throughout the entire body. She has tried ibuprofen with no relief. I advised her to contact her PCP and continue pain relief and fever reducing meds until she can be seen.
