Symptom narrative

Pt received his covid and flu vaccines in the pharmacy; he left the vaccination room and fainted in the store. It was around 4 to 5 minutes after receiving the vaccination. We called 611 and our department 50 to assess the patient. The patient quickly gained consciousness and reported he was fine.
