Symptom narrative

On 9/12/2025 patient texted our pharmacy a picture of her arm. It was red, swollen, and irritated looking. I spoke to her on the phone and assured her that was a common side effect and that she could take Benadryl and ice the area. She texted us back that her arm was worse on 9/13/2025 and hurting her. She had to go to Urgent care. She was prescribed antibiotics and a steroid cream. She was diagnosed with Cellulitis of the right arm.
