Symptom narrative

tongue itchy, roof of mouth swollen, developed bumps on roof of mouth. Has history of being sensitive to meds. Had premedicated with pepcid 40 mg and zyrtec beforehand. After symptoms started, took additional dose of Pepcid and Zyrtec.
