Symptom narrative

Patient experienced typical adverse events of Headache, fatigue, feverish (didn't take temperature), pain at injection site and large red area at injection site (specifically the Shingrix site). Patient's fatigue was severe enough to limit normal daily activities for 2 days. Pt already had some ongoing tinnitis but experienced severe/louder tinnitis for the 2 days following the immunizations. Overall improvement had occurred by day 3 and complete recovery by day 6 (small red area on arm was only residual event, tinnitis had returned to normal level).
