Symptom narrative

Severe swelling under her right arm immediately following the shot that lasted for > 1week. Difficulty writing, resting tremor in her right hand/arm started about 8 months after the shot. Symptoms are getting worse and spreading to left chest and upper arm. Feels internal vibrations in her neck/throat, changes in her voice, difficulty with gait. Used to be a marathon runner, now has trouble completing a mile in 20 minutes. Gets fatigued much more easily. Went to a neurologist and was told not Parkinson's. Tried beta blockers with no improvement. MRI of brain and neck was normal.

Her neurologist ordered MRI brain and spine, an array of blood work. I don't have the dates. I looked over the results today and everything was normal. I ordered more blood work today.
