Prolonged neck aches; head aches and acute frontal lobe pain; This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP. A 37-year-old male patient received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), on 06Sep2025 at 02:45 as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) at the age of 37 years, in left arm for covid-19 immunisation; influenza vaccine (FLU VACCINE VII), on 06Sep2025 as dose number unknown, single, in right arm. The patient's relevant medical history was not reported. Concomitant medication(s) included: ALLEGRA [LEVOCETIRIZINE DIHYDROCHLORIDE]. The following information was reported: NECK PAIN (non-serious) with onset 08Sep2025, outcome "not recovered", described as "Prolonged neck aches"; HEADACHE (non-serious) with onset 08Sep2025, outcome "not recovered", described as "head aches and acute frontal lobe pain". Therapeutic measures were not taken as a result of neck pain, headache. Additional information: Patient did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the vaccine reporting. Patient took other medications within 2 weeks of the event starting. The information on the batch/lot number for BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) will be requested and submitted if and when received.
