Symptom narrative

Had a fever and chills but two months later had first Supra Ventricular Tachycardia attack lasting 3 hours with heart rate at 170 bpm. Condition is ongoing and getting worse as the years have passed.

No illnesses except resolved depression

Medical history

Then: Mitra-Valve Prolapse, Depression, GAD - Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Osteoarthritis, GERD, Peri-Menopause

Other medications

Propranolol, Fluoxetine, Meloxicam, Nexium, Women's Centrum, L-Lysine, Vitamin C, Magnesium, Flonase, and Xanax as needed.

Epinephrine and adhesives

CBC w Diff, Protime-INR, APTT, Comp Metobolic Panel, Troponin x2, BNP (NT PRO BNP), TSH Ultrasensitive, T4 (Thyroxine Free): All Normal
