Incomplete course of vaccination

Symptom narrative

For unknown reasons he did not yet receive the second dose; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 69-year-old male patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received 1st dose in 2021). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: For unknown reasons he did not yet receive the second dose).
