Symptom narrative

The patient stated that he passed out when he went home and was found my a family member who reported that he had a seizure. The paramedics gave the patient 2 doses of Narcan that did not work.

Vertigo and Diverticulitis

Anxiety, Crohn's Disease, Chronic granulomatous disease, Lupus,Insomnia, migraines, rheumatoid arthritis, Diverticulitis Disease
