Dizziness

Symptom narrative

Patient felt dizzy approximately 5 mins after last vaccine was given. Had patient lay down on bench, coke given. 10:15 am BP- 115/75 P-74. After a few mins of laying down and drinking a few sips of coke patient was able to sit up and denied any dizziness. Patient was able to ambulate around room without experiencing any dizziness. Advised mom to wait an additional 15 mins in lobby. While waiting in lobby child became dizzy again. Patient was able to ambulate back to clinic without difficulty. Bp- 102/65 p-80. After a few mins of being back into clinic patient was feeling better. Mom states that she " was going to take him home and let him rest."
