Symptom narrative

Patient presented to pharmacy two days after receiving Fluzone HD. Patient is experiencing large rash (3x4in) on outside area of upper left arm. It was red, warm to the touch; patient states there is no itching, found to not have hives or papules. Patient overall feels healthy.
