Symptom narrative

pt says the next she had a scratchy sore throat, a cough, runny nose, body and muscle aches along with fatigue. She had chest congestion with productive yellow sputum but no fever. She went to urgent care. Both the flu and covid test were negative. She was advised to take albuterol, Mucinex and to gargle with salt water. These symptoms lasted 7-8 days. She is still recovering but has occasional productive sputum.
