Patient came to pharmacy 9/17/25 and said her arm became red and itchy after her vaccine 9/13/25. She has been applying ice and is starting to apply hydrocortisone cream and taking benadryl by mouth.

none except for vomiting occasionally that has been chronic

vomiting, fibromyalgia
