Symptom narrative

My son was a pilot who died at the controls of an helicopter from sudden cardiac death and had to be shocked 6 times and brought back to life after being dead for 20 mins. He now has short term member loss, an implanted defibulator and cognitive impairment. He is 100% total and perm disabled and medically retired from the employer.
