Symptom narrative

Patient has a reaction in the right arm at injection site. Red, swollen circular wheel reaction which is warm to touch. Developed the next day of injection and on 09/17 ( when reported) was the size of a baseball. No issues with movement of signs of SIRVA. Patient advised to take Benadryl if needed, use cold compress to help with relief and seek medical care if the symptoms worsen or any new ones develop.
