received SHINGRIX vaccine in 2019 and is past due for the second dose; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via other manufacturer and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received 1st dose in 2019). On an unknown date, the patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, the patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: received SHINGRIX vaccine in 2019 and is past due for the second dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. The caller wanted to know if they should restart the series. The caller confirmed that the dose administered in 2019 was Shingrix vaccine and not the Zostavax. Till the time of reporting, the patient did not receive 2nd dose of Shingrix vaccine, which led to incomplete course of vaccination.
